Signup starts after the meeting, for a start promptly at 12:30 pm after a brief drivers’ meeting
(you will need to show proof of insurance)
Drive length will be about 107 miles or 3 to 3 1/2 hours (including potty break). Please have enough fuel, as it won’t be available enroute

Wow, this is in my own backyard… Topper and I better show up! … to be followed by one of Senora Presidente’s Fun Drives! That’l be a great shake down for Topper’s new Helix intercooler* (show and tell?) and a final tuneup before The Driver’s Edge at MSR in Angleton on the 14-15th!
* as I post this, I am waiting for the Fedex truck.

Ellen and I have been busy putting together a new drive called “Back To The Salt Mine Tour”. I will chat about this new drive at the August 7th meeting.

In connexion with our forthcoming HMMS meeting, to be followed by a spirited fun drive, would the designated tab collector prefer that we bring our aluminium can pull tabs to this meeting or hold them for the next meeting? We don’t want to weigh you down!
I suppose that would be me, the designated pull tab collector. You can bring them this meeting, as long as it is not a 55 gallon drum full of them. That you would have to hold off until next meeting!

And special thanks to our members who came all the way up here for the monthly meeting, but were not able to go on the fun drive.

Boy the comunity for the Mini is NOTHING like the one i was in when i had the Yaris…Lot more down to earth people in my yaris club…(Which I still Attend). They say Hey G you still have a Micro car so you are still in the family….Now Ask yourselves if I brought All my Yaris Friends to one of these Drives how would you would react…..And dont even get me started on the Dealership…That hires someone to make the workorders that doesnt even know what DTS means on a Mini…
